BetterLists is a user-friendly and adaptable application designed for swift access to various categories of personal information. It effectively consolidates task management, expense tracking, and grocery planning into a single platform.
The application includes predefined lists such as:

<li>Expenses</li>
<li>Birthdays</li>
<li>Restaurants To Try</li>
</ul>
Users have the flexibility to utilize these lists as provided or customize them extensively, adding their own fields and data types to suit individual preferences.

<li>The ability to create unlimited lists.</li>
<li>Lists can contain fields for text, dates, times, and numerical data, with various formatting options like notes, phone numbers, and currency.</li>
<li>Listings are editable at any time; you can add or remove fields, and modify their types or labels.</li>
<li>Items can be checked or unchecked for reuse purposes.</li>
<li>Simple item deletion through swipe gestures.</li>
<li>Lists can be emailed directly for easy sharing or backup.</li>
<li>Enabling direct actions via Phone, Email, and Web address fields—such as dialing, emailing, or browsing.</li>
<li>Sorting capabilities based on any field; up to three fields can be displayed simultaneously in List View.</li>
<li>Inclusion of Choice Lists to restrict field inputs to predefined options.</li>
<li>CSV file import functionality for bulk list addition.</li>

Expert tips for optimal use:

<li>Adjusting the number of displayed fields in List View is accessible via Preferences; up to three fields can be shown simultaneously.</li>
<li>Items are checked by tapping the space to the left of the entry.</li>
<li>Item deletion involves swiping the item and selecting delete or using the Edit mode with red minus buttons.</li>
<li>Reordering items is achievable through drag-and-drop after entering Edit mode.</li>
<li>Addition of choice lists is performed by accessing the toolbar icon, editing the list, and assigning it to a specific field formatted as a Choice List.</li>
<li>Data backup and restoration options are available under the Tools menu.</li>
<li>CSV import procedures are also managed within the Tools section; assistance is available via email for any related inquiries.</li>
